TrueGrid® CAD Model of a Jet Engine Nacelle - Side View

This model was imported into TrueGrid® in the
IGES format from a CAD/CAM system.
It consisted of 17 NURBS surfaces forming a symmetric half of the geaometry.
The IGES file was read into TrueGrid® twice,
with the surfaces reflected about the YZ-plane the second time to get
the full model.
To make the model of the air about this geometry, the surfaces where
combined to form a single surface.
Then the mesh was projected onto this composite surface.Back to the Nacelle Collection
